摘要
目的 考评自测健康评定量表修订版 (SRHMSV1.0 )的信度。方法 应用SRHMSV1.0抽取 2 0 0 0个个体进行现场测试。结果 在高校学员、中医科住院患者、皮肤病患者和军队退休干部中 ,SRHMSV 1.0的重测信度分别为 0 .799、0 .980、0 .875和 0 .915 ;SRHMSV1.0三个子量表及各维度的重测信度在 0 .5 4 8～ 0 .994之间 ,均存在密切关联 (P <0 .0 0 1)。SRHMSV1.0的内部一致性Cronbach浕系数为 0 .9311;三个子量表及各维度的Cronbach浕系数在 0 .6 32 7～ 0 .9113之间 .SRHMSV1.0的分半信度Equal lengthSpearman Brown为 0 .7399,GuttmanSplit half为 0 .7317。 结论SRHMSV1.0是可靠的 ,具有较好的信度。
Objective Assessing the reliability of SRHMS V1.0. Method Sampling 2000 individuals to perform on the spot trial for the study of test retest reliability, internal consistency reliability and Split half reliability. Results In university student, patients with physical disease in the department of traditional Chinese medicine, patients with dermatosis and military retired cadre, the test retest reliability of SRHMS V1.0 is 0.799,0.980,0.875,0.915 respectively. The test retest reliability of SRHMS V1.0's three subscales and each dimension is from 0.548 to 0.994. The correlation in SRHMS V1.0's global scale score,three subscales score and each dimension score is statistically significant, respectively(P<0.001). Cronbach ɑ of SRHMS V1.0 is 0.9311. Cronbach ɑ of SRHMS V1.0's three subscales and each dimension is from 0.6327 to 0.9113. Equal length Spearman Brown of SRHMS V1.0 is 0.7399. Guttman Split half of SRHMS V1.0 is 0.7317.Conclusions SRHMS V1.0 is reliable, and has a good reliability.
