摘要
目的探讨空巢老年高血压患者心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对2014年4月—2017年4月在北京市房山区第一医院住院治疗的268例空巢老年高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果空巢老年高血压患者焦虑114例,占71.2%,其中轻度焦虑68例,中度焦虑34例,重度焦虑12例;无焦虑46例。焦虑平均得分为56.4±15.4;空巢老年高血压患者抑郁88例,占55.0%,其中轻度抑郁43例,中度抑郁31例,重度抑郁14例;无抑郁72例。抑郁平均得分为60.8±13.7;年龄、文化水平、高血压病程、平均月收入、婚姻状况、子女、医保、合并慢性病是空巢老年高血压患者焦虑的影响因素;文化水平、高血压病程、婚姻状况、子女、合并慢性病是空巢老年高血压患者抑郁的影响因素。结论空巢老年高血压患者焦虑、抑郁发生率较高,应针对影响因素采取综合、有效的干预措施,改善其心理健康状况。
[Objective]To explore the mental health status and its influencing factors of empty nesters with hypertension.[Methods]A total of 268 empty nesters with hypertension who were hospitalized in the first hospital of Fangshan District from April 2014 to April 2017 were investigated by the general questionnaire,the self rating depression scale(SDS)and the self rating anxiety scale(SAS).[Results]There were 114 cases of anxiety in the empty nesters with hypertension,which accounted for71.2%,among 68 cases of mild anxiety,34 cases of moderate anxiety,12 cases of severe anxiety and 46 cases without anxiety.The average score of anxiety was 56.4±15.4.There were 88 cases of depression in the empty nesters with hypertension,which accounted for 55.0%,among 43 cases of mild depression,31 cases of moderate depression,14 cases of severe depression,and 72 cases without depression.The average score of depression was 60.8±13.7.Age,educational level,hypertension duration,average monthly income,marital status,children,health insurance and combination of chronic disease were the influencing factors of anxiety in the empty nesters with hypertension.Educational level,hypertension duration,marital status,children and combination of chronic diseases were the influencing factors of depression in the empty nesters with hypertension.[Conclusion]The incidence of anxiety and depression in empty nesters with hypertension is higher,and comprehensive and effective intervention measures should be taken to improve their mental health status.
