摘要
对气动系统动态特性做了深入的理论分析,提出了兼顾成本最低及尺寸最小的优化目标函数,并利用遗传算法实现了典型气动系统的优化设计。试验结果证明采用遗传算法优化的系统不但能够满足系统性能要求,与传统设计方法相比,优化后系统各元件尺寸较小,为气动系统的设计和选型提供了一种新方法。
The dynamic of pneumatic system is studied theoretically, an optimization object function which takes both the cost and the size into account is proposed. Genetic algorithm is used to the optimization of pneumatic system. The test results show that the optimized system using GA can not only meets the requirement of performance but the size of components in it is smaller than that using typical design method.
