摘要
在塑化理论基础上,对注塑机螺杆加工塑料的特性做了深入的分析,建立了约束条件和优化目标———均匀度目标函数;结合待求解问题的特点对遗传算法做了改进,实现了典型注塑机螺杆的优化设计,试验结果证明该优化系统满足性能要求。
Based on the theory of plasticizatio n,an in -depth analysis of the processing characteristics of injection molding machine screw is made to establish th e constraint conditions and optimiz ation objective -objective functio n of homogeneity.The genetic algorithm is improved according to the characteristics of all th e problems to be solved so that the design of typical injec-tion molding machine screws is optim ized,and the test result has shown th at this optimized system can meet all the performance requirements.
