摘要
分析全球铁路数字化、智能化发展趋势及我国高速铁路建设现状、信息化成就和面临的挑战,提出智能高铁的内涵,给出智能高铁的4个组成部分,即智能高铁大脑平台、智能建造、智能装备和智能运营。在此基础上开展基于信息物理融合系统的智能高铁蓝图设计,提出六维关联分析方法并应用于智能高铁战略规划,明确了中国智能高铁在2018—2035年在创新示范、加速突破、全面提升3个阶段的发展目标。
The paper looks into the development tendency of digitization and intelligence for global railways,as well as the construction situation,the achievements of IT application and the challenges of China high speed railway(HSR) and puts forward the connotation of intelligent HSR and its four components,namely,the central platform,intelligent construction,intelligent equipment and intelligent operation.Going forward,the paper carries out the blue print design of intelligent HSR based on cyber-physical systems(CPS),proposes sixdimensional correlation analysis method and applies it in strategic planning of intelligent HSR,determining the goal of development for China HSR in the three stages of innovation demonstration,accelerated breakthrough and comprehensive improvement from 2018 to 2035.
