摘要
目的观察电热针联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将180例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组90例,采用电热针联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗;对照组90例,采用玻璃酸钠注射治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月VAS评分均低于同时段对照组(<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月"行走"、"上下楼"及"功能活动"评分均高于同时段对照组(<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月优良率均高于对照组(<0.05)。结论采用电热针联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,能明显改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床症状及体征,远期疗效明显优于对照组。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of electrothermal acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods 180 cases of patients with KOA were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases in each group.Treatment group was treated with electrothermal acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate injection,control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection.Results The VAS scores in treatment group at the 1st, 3rd and 6th months after treatment were all lower than those in control group at the same time (P<0.05).The scores of "walking", "upstairs and downstairs"and "functional activity"in the 1 st,3rd,and 6th months after treatment were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The excellent and good rates of treatment group were higher than those of control group at the 1st,3rd, and 6th months after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Electrothermal acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients with KOA,and the long-term effect is obviously better than that of control group.
