摘要
目的探究电针联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对比组与研究组,每组40例。对比组实施电针治疗,研究组在对比组基础上联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中医证候积分和炎症因子水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-6]、生命质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分。结果治疗1个月后,两组WOMAC评分、VAS评分、中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,两组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,两组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,能有效降低炎症因子水平,改善患者膝关节功能,缓解症状,进一步提升其生命质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the comparison group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The comparison group received electroacupuncture treatment,and the study group combined with sodium hyaluronate injection on the basis of the comparison group.The Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,inflammatory factor levels(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin[IL]-1,IL-6)and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI 74)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the scores of WOMAC,VAS and TCM syndrome of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6 of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life status of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the comparison group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the function of knee joint,relieve symptoms,and further improve the quality of life of patients.
