摘要
目的以膝关节炎患者群体为研究对象,以玻璃酸钠注射联合内热针为治疗方案,观察该项治疗方案的临床疗效。方法随机抽取广东省高州市人民医院2019年1月-2020年1月的85例膝关节炎患者,按治疗方案差异,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组42例,治疗方式为玻璃酸钠注射联合内热针,对照组43例,治疗方式为常规玻璃酸钠注射,两组治疗周期皆为35d,对比两组治疗前期阶段和后期阶段的血清各项指标水平变化和Lequesne总指数。结果治疗前期两组在血清各项指标水平和Lequesne总指数方面无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后期治疗组临床疗效更为理想(P<0.05)。结论内热针联合玻璃酸钠注射治疗方案在膝骨性关节炎患者群体中应用效果理想,可优化患者Lequesne总指数和血液循环,同时也可降低患者血清中白介素-1(IL-1)和白介素-6(IL-6)含量,值得推广。
Objective To observe clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate injection combined with internal heat acupuncture in treatment of knee arthritis.Methods The paper chose 85 patients with knee arthritis in Gaozhou City People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,and divided them into treatment group and control group randomLy according to difference of treatment schemes.42 cases in treatment group were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection combined with internal heat acupuncture,and 43 cases in control group with routine sodium hyaluronate injection.Treatment cycle of both groups was 35 days,changes of serum indexes and Lequesne total index at early and late stages of treatment were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in levels of serum indicators and Lequesne total index(P>0.05)at early stage of treatment,clinical effect of treatment group was more ideal at late stage of treatment,(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal heat acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate injection can achieve ideal curative effect for patients with knee osteoarthritis,can optimize total Lequesne index and blood circulation,reduce contents of interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
