摘要
目的 :探讨睑袋手术时皮肤切除及眼轮匝肌处理的最佳方案。方法 :摘除膨出的脂肪球后 ,患者眼睛向头顶注视时行垂直于睑缘的多个纵形切口切开皮肤至与下睑缘对应位置 ,再以各纵形切口前端为连线切除多余皮肤及松弛的眼轮匝肌 ,将切除后分开的眼轮匝肌纤维缝合 ,并向外眦部提拉固定 ,缝合皮肤。结果 :本组 5 0例 ,男性 9例 ,女性 4 1例 ,年龄 3 0岁～ 63岁 ,术后下睑平整 ,皱纹消除 ,美容效果满意。结论 :该方法可以最适度地祛除下睑部松弛的皮肤及肌肉 ,并保证术后下睑平整及适度的皮肤和肌肉张力 ,恢复下睑的支持结构 ,防止睑袋的复发 ,延长手术的有效时间。
To search a best method to treat loosen skin and orbicularis oculimuscle in blepharoplasty of lower eyelid bag Methods:Some lengthways skin incisions,which vertically to the lower eyelid edge were made to the position of lower eyelid edge when the patient′s eyes stared to the top of his head The superfluous skin and Orbicularis oculi muscle were excised along the line which made along the tips of the lengthways skin incisions Then the divided Orbicularis oculi muscles were sutured and were fixed to the outboard of the eye At last the skin were sutured Results:50 patients,9 male, 41 female;aged 30 63 years old were operated with this method After operated the patient′s lower eyelid was flat and smooth and the wrinkles removed,the results were satisfactory Conclusions:This method can excise loosen skin and Orbicularis oculi muscle most properly and maintain the smoothness of the lower eyelid skin and appropriate tension of skin and muscle It can also repair the support structure and prevent the recurrence of lower eyelid bag
