摘要
目的:探讨在眼袋整复中眶隔重置、提紧的临床应用体会。方法：对25例患者在眼袋整形中应用在眶下缘打开眶隔，充分释放眶隔脂肪，平整收紧下方眶隔及眶脂肪，在无张力下缝合固定于下眶缘骨膜上，以填充眶下缘前方凹陷区。术后随访6～12个月。结果：24例眼袋及眶下缘凹陷均得到了满意的修复和美容效果。1例因术后发生左下睑血肿以及可能提紧眶隔过度，患者出现左下眶疼痛、肿块、轻度下睑退缩，经热敷、喜疗妥药膏等保守治疗，症状逐渐消失，并观察随访1年亦达到较好美容效果。结论：对于眶隔松弛严重及眶下缘凹陷明显的中老年患者，眼袋整复中眶隔重置、提紧是有效的手术方法。
Objective The clinical application of the tightening and resetting of orbital septum on pouch repair. Methods Opening the orbital septum in the inferior orbital rim,fully releasing orbital fat,tightening the lower orbital and orbital fat,suturing to the periosteum of the orbital margin under no tension,and filling depressions in front of the inferior orbital rim. Follow-up visit was done for 6~12 months. Results Bags under the eyes and orbital margin depression of 24 cases all received satisfactory repair and cosmetic effect. 1 case emerged pain,bump,lower eyelid retraction in left orbital,because of hematoma and excessive orbital tightening. Symptoms gradually disappear by hot packs and Hirudoid. And better cosmetic results were achieved in 1-year follow-up observation. Conclusion For middle-aged and elder patients whose loose orbital septum is severe and the sunken of orbital septum is significant,the tightening and resetting of orbital septum on pouch repair is the effective operation method.
