摘要
灵芝菌丝体由于从培养基中夹带一定的糖类物质 (主要是蔗糖 ,淀粉 ) ,其有效灵芝多糖含量的测定受到较大影响 ,该文介绍I2 DMSO溶液法除淀粉 ,先用CaCl2 溶液糊化淀粉 ,再用I2 DMSO溶液在超声、6 5℃条件下溶解淀粉 ,后继用去离子水在 85℃下提取灵芝多糖 ,最后用标准灵芝菌丝体求得校正系数来校正溶解在I2 DMSO溶液中的灵芝多糖 ,从而比较准确地测定灵芝多糖的含量。
The determination of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharide(GLP)is interfered by the carbohydrate(mainly in starch and saccharose)brought from medium by the fermented mycelia of Ganoderma Lucidum(GL).In this paper,a new method is introduced to get ride of starch.Starch is poulticed in CaCl 2 aqueous solution,then dissolved in I 2 DMSO sclution at the temperature of 65℃ and in supersound conditions.After this treatment,the GLP is extracted by deoionized water at the temperature of 85℃.The Correcting Coefficient is gained through the standard fermented mycelia of GL to calculate the content of GLP dissolved in I 2 DMSO solution.
