摘要
目的:研究中药复方制剂中有效成分提取分离方法。方法:用超临界流体萃取六味地黄丸中的丹皮酚,HPLC用于分析提取物。结果:夹带甲醇(流速0.4 mL.min-1)的超临界CO2能有效地提取六味地黄丸中的丹皮酚。结论:该分析方法具简便、快速、准确的优点。
Objective： To study the method of extraction of active ingredient from complex Chinese patent medicine. Method： Supercritical fluid extraction （SFE） has been used to extract paconol from Liuwei Dihuang pill and HPLC was used to analyze the extracts. Result： The methanol modified supereritieal CO2（0.4 mL·min^-1 ）can effectively extract paconol from Liuwei Dihuang pill. Conclusion： SFE-HPLC method of off-line for analysis of extract was simple, quick and accurate.
