摘要
平菇多糖是从平菇子实体中提取分离纯化得到的多糖类物质,试验证明具有多种生物学活性,是一种良好的功能性保健食品原料。本文对比分析了当前常用的水提法、超声波提取法、微波提取法和酶法等多糖提取方法。通过对各种提取方法工艺条件和多糖得率情况的分析研究,阐述了影响多糖得率的主要因素及各提取方法的优缺点。同时综述了平菇多糖的免疫调节、抗肿瘤活性、天然抗氧化活性以及抗感染力和抑菌活性的作用效果。
The polysaccharides was obtained from the fruiting body of Pleurotus ostreatus. It is investigated that polysaccharides as a good material of producing function food have a series of biological activities. The frequent extraction methods such as hot water,ultrasonic process,microwave and enzymatic process were analyzed and compared in this paper. Besides,it indicated the primary factors that tend to affect the extraction rate and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of these methods by analyzing different separation conditions. Moreover,it introduced the biological activities of immunity regulation,antitumor,antioxidant,anti-infection and bacteriostat of polysaccharides as well.
