海宁市2007年-2012年细菌性食物中毒实验室分析 被引量:6

Laboratory analysis of bacterial food poisoning in Haining during 2007-2012

摘要 目的了解海宁市2007年-2012年食物中毒案例中致病菌污染情况,为发生食物中毒事件时采样、检验和预防提供参考,为卫生监督和监测提供科学依据。方法对中毒事件中的各个环节进行采样,采用GB 4789.10-2010和食源性致病菌监测网络的统一方法进行检测。结果在6年49起食物中毒事件中,共检出致病菌41起,致病菌的检出率为83.6%,副溶血性弧菌检出率最高为42.9%,依次为沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,占12.4%和8.2%,志贺菌和大肠埃希菌O157∶H7检出率相同,为6.1%,溶血性链球菌和单增李斯特菌检出率最低,为4.1%。食物中毒主要发生在第二、三季度,占总发生率的46.9%和34.7%。在49起食物中毒事件中,农村、乡镇发生40起,城区发生9起。结论海宁市的食物中毒以副溶血性弧菌为主,主要发生于第二、三季度,农村高于城市,应加强卫生监督和相应技术指导,减少此类食物中毒事件的发生。 Objective To understand the pathogen pollution status of food poisoning cases in recent years in the city, in order to provide scientific basis for sampling, inspection and prevention of food poisoning. Methods The samples were collected from each link of the whole food poisoing case to detect the pathogen using the uniform methods of GB/T4789 and food - borne pathogen surveillance network. Results Among 49 food poisoning incidents in the last 6 years, pathogens were found in 41 in- cidents, and the detection rate was 83.6%. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was most frequenly detected(42.9% ) , followed by Salmo- nella( 12.4% ) and Staphylococcus aureus ( 8.2% ), Shigella and Escherichia O157 : H7 ( 6.1% ), Hemolytic streptococcus and Listeria monocytogenes( 4.1% ). Food poisoning occurred mainly in the second and third quarter, accounting for 46.9% and 34.7% of the total incidence, respectively. In all the cases, there were 40 cases in rural areas and 9 cases in city. Conclusion The main pathogen of food poisoning in the city was Vibrio parahaemolyticus, frequently found in the second and third quarter and more in rural areas than cities. The sanitary control and technical guidance should be enhanced to reduce the incidence of food poisoning.
