摘要
随着对玄府认识的不断深化,关于玄府概念及其生理与病理作用机制的研究正逐渐引起关注。玄府病变的基本病机是玄府阻滞,玄府一旦发生病变,作为气、血、津、液运行通道的作用不能维持,便会出现玄府开阖通利失常,气血运行障碍,进而产生许多病症。根据参阅大量文献资料,拟从气郁玄府、水淫玄府、血瘀玄府、玄府亏虚等4个方面探讨其病机表现形式,并且根据各自病因病机总结相应的具体治疗原则。
With the deepening of Xuanfu concept, the physiological and pathological mechanism of action research is gradually being paid attention to. The basic pathogenesis is the Xuanfu being obstructed. Xuanfu disorder could cause movement disorders of qi, blood, fluid and liquid, resulting in many diseases. According to a large number of literature,this article summarizes the corresponding specific therapeutic principles from four aspects：the pathogenesis forms of qi blocking Xuanfu,water attacking Xuanfu, blood stasis in Xuanfu and Xuanfu deficiency.
