摘要
目的观察利开灵治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法将急性脑出血患者91例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用中药利开灵;比较两组治疗效果和血肿吸收情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.55%,对照组总有效率为66.66%;两组血肿吸收和神经功能缺损程度评分均有不同程度的改善,但以治疗组改善为佳。结论利开灵对急性脑出血有较好治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effic acy on Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage(AICH)by Likailing Decoction.M ethods:91patients with AICH were randomly a ssiged to the treatment group and the controlled g roup.Patients in both groups were given the usual therapy of WM,while those in the treatment grou p were given Likailing Decoction.The clin ical benefits and change of hematoma absortion were ev aluated.Results:The tot al effective rate of the treatment group was 94.55%and that of the contr olled group was 66.66%.The treatmen t group had more significantly improv ed hematoma ab sortion and the scores of the nerve fu nction' s deficiency more than the controlled group had.Conclusion:Likailing Decoction has major benefit s for AICH.
