摘要
近年来"医教结合"模式的讨论与实践是特殊教育的热点话题,研究者们对其争议不断,在此基础上审视医教结合的理论基础是必要的。沈晓明发表《我为什么提出特殊教育"医教结合"的理念》一文从对特殊教育对象是病童、生理对儿童学习能力的影响以及医学康复在特殊学校的必要性三个方面论述其对医教结合理论基础的认识,笔者对此有不同的见解。笔者认为特殊教育的特殊在于其教学设计;特殊儿童不等于病童;学习能力受多方面的因素影响;要明确教育康复与医学康复的关系。本文对以上观点作了简要的分析和反思,以期明确医教结合中的一些观念,呼吁更多的研究者深入探讨医教结合的理念,促进特殊教育的发展。
In recent years, the mode of combining medicine and education becomes a hot topic on special ed- ucation in China. Researchers have raised controversial opinions from different perspectives, which makes it nec- essary to examine the theoretical basis of the mode. Professor Shen Xiaoming published an essay titled "Why I proposed combing medicine and special education," in which he held the opinion that special education targets children with diseases, that physiological conditions have an effect on children' s learning ability, and that medi- cal rehabihtation is requisite in special education schools. This study, however, argues the following: the special designing of teaching is the particularity of special education; children with special needs are not equal to dis- eased children; the learning ability is affected by various factors; it is needed to clarify the relationship between educational rehabihtation and medical rehabilitation. The study calls for more in-depth probes into the ideas and theories involving the combination of medicine and education, so as to promote the development of special educa- tion.
