摘要
本文论述了在教育康复中的一个重要观点,要认识耳聋人(残疾人)与普通人的共性和耳聋人(残疾人)的特殊性:对共性与特殊性做了分析并 说明这是正确对待耳聋人的教育、康复等方面的基本观点,从古今中外的历史和现实说明了其重要性。
In our study an important view of rehabilitation education was argued to understand the special feature of the deaf, the common characteristics between the deaf and the normal .The analysis above showed that it was a correct basic point with regard to education,rehabilitation concerned of the deaf. The importance were accounted from reality,history from ancient time till now in China and aboard.
