摘要
医教结合是我国特殊教育改革的可行途径,是重要抓手之一。本文从"医学与特殊教育具有学科关联性""高度综合化是学科领域的发展趋势""科学进步对教育实践有新要求""改革和发展应有科学思维与人本取向"等方面分析了特殊教育医教结合改革的理论依据。同时,还分析了我国特殊教育的定义及与医教结合相关的重要概念,提出了相关服务内容应是我国特殊教育的重要组成部分、目前医教结合改革探索主要是在特殊教育行业(或领域)和专业建设层面开展等观点。
The combination of medicine and special education is a viable and significant approach to the reform of special education. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the reform: the disciplinary relevance of medicine and special education,the high degree of integration in disciplinary development,the new demand for educational practice in scientific advances,and the scientific thinking and people-orientation in reforms and development. Meanwhile,the author analyzes the definitions of special education in China,as well as the subject of special education,and other important concepts involving the combination of medicine and special education. In conclusion,the author thinks that relevant service should be an important part of special education,and that the current reform involving the combination of medicine and special education should be carried out in the specialized field of special education.
