摘要 目的构建护理实践能力形成性评价网络平台并评价其应用效果。方法以2010级护理本科生240人作为对照班,采用以单项技能考核、实验课课堂表现以及课后作业为依据的传统实践评价模式。2011级护理本科生285人作为观察班,采用单项技能考核、实验课课堂表现和网络平台下的评价模式,基于网络平台开发实践能力评价包括在线测试区、成果展示区和师生交流区。课程结束以自行编制调查问卷调查学生的反馈意见,评价2种评价模式的效果。结果该网络评价平台具有即时性、交互性、无纸化、动态性评价的特点,在巩固专业知识,提高护理评估能力、护理决策能力、评判性思维能力和获取信息能力,培养自主学习惯,增强团队协作能力方面的作用显著优于传统模式(均P<0.05)。结论护理实践能力形成性评价网络平台能促进教-学-评三者的有机结合,可作为传统评价模式的补充和延伸。 Objective To construct and apply a formative evaluation network of clinical competence and to evaluate its effect. Methods We developed a formative evaluation network of clinical competence. The network consisted of on line test, exhibition, and corn munication modules, and were used by 289 undergraduate nursing students (the experimental group,admitted in 2011), who were then evaluated through single skill examination, lab class performance appraisal , and online modules. Another 242 students admit ted in 2010 served as the control group, and were evaluated through single skill examination, lab class performance appraisal, and quality of after school assignments. At last, a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate how students felt about the evaluation methods they received. Results The evaluation network was thought to be instant, interactive, paperless and dynamic. It is more effective in consolidating students~ professional knowledge, improving the ability of nursing assessment, decision making, critical thinking and information retrieval, helping students develop self-directive learning, and enhancing team work, than the tra ditional methods (P〈0.05). Conclusion The formative evaluation network of clinical competence can promote the combination of teaching, learning and assessment; it can be used as a supplement and extension of traditional evaluation model.
