摘要
为了解不同浓度镍处理下种子的萌发情况 ,和抗氧化酶的活性变化以及两者间的可能联系 ,以湘晚籼 15 - 1种子为材料 ,经 0 .2 5~ 1.0 0 μmol/ L 的硝酸镍浸种后 ,发现发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数降低 ,平均发芽日数延长 ,幼根、芽生长阻滞 ,生物量减小 ,表明种子的正常萌发和幼苗生长受抑 .各浓度的硝酸镍均抑制种子中 SOD,CAT和 POX活力 (除 0 .2 5 ,0 .5 0 μm ol/ L 的硝酸镍处理下 ,POX活性上升外 ) ,MDA含量升高 。
The germination rate, germination index and vigor index of rice (Xiangwanxian 15 1 cultivar) seeds decreased after soaked in nickel nitrate solution of 0 25~1 00 μmol/L for 24 h. Meanwhile, the mean days of germination was elongated, and the growth of seedling roots and sprouts was inhibited, together with decrease of biomass. It indicates that nickel hinders the germination of seeds and the growth of seedlings. The activities of SOD, CAT and POX in rice seeds all decrease when treated with nickel nitrate of various concentrations, except that the activity of POX is enhanced by 0 25, 0 50 μmol/L nickel nitrate. The results also show that the contents of MDA and electrolyte leakage percentage increase after treatment of nickel.
