Effects of Different Pregermination Methods on Germination of Ammopi tathus mongolicus ,Hedysarum scoparium and Elaeanus angustifolia L.Seeds

摘要 通过在容器袋内以细河沙为培育基质进行育苗,研究了不同催芽方法对沙东青、花棒和沙枣种子萌发的影响。结果表明:(1)水浸2d和变温水浸分别较对照能同时极显著提高沙冬青种子的萌发率和株高,其中水浸2d处理的效果最好;(2)花棒种子的萌发率和株高因催芽方法不同而有极显著差异,大田育苗可不催芽直接播种;(3)催芽方法对沙枣幼苗平均株高有显著影响,水浸2d或7d效果较佳。 Through container bag with river sand for cultivating , studied effect of Different Pregermination methods on germination of Ammopi tathus mongolicus , Hedysarum scopariura and Elaeanus angustifolia L. seeds . The result showed that: (1) water immersion 2d and changed temperature water immersion can signifi-candy improve seed germination rate and plant height of sand Holly, than controled , and wafter immersion 2d was the best treatment; (2) flower seed germination rate and plant height was different significantly between different pregermination methods, so we could sow directly when culture seedlings in field;(3) Pregermination methods had significently effect on seedling one week could obtain better results. average height, of Elaeanus angustifolia L. , and soaking 2d or one week could obtain better results.
