摘要
本文研究了不同培养无数,Cd,Pb,Pb+Cd和Cd+Pb的不同处理浓度对小麦种子生活力的影响。结果表明:不同培养无数,小麦种子发芽百分数、根长、根数均随Cd,Pb,Pb+Cd和Cd+Pb4种处理中Cd,Pb浓度的增加而降低;在4种处理方式的不同处理浓度下,发芽百分数、根长、根数均随培养无数的延长而增加。Cd对种子生活力的影响比Pb大,且在2oomg·kg ̄(-1)时较为明显,对种子生活力影响的大小为Cd>Pb+Cd>Pb.而在低浓度时(100mg·k ̄(-1)),Pb+Cd对种子生活力的影响最小.在此基础上,对Cd,Pb以及培养无数影响种子生活力的原因与Cd,Pb相互作用进行了初步的探讨.
This paper provided information about the effects in the vitality of wheatseeds under the treatments of Cd,Pb,Pb+Cd and Cd+Pb in different cultivatingdays.The results showed that the germination pereentage,root growth and rootamount of wheat seeds decreased with the increase of the coneentration of Cd,Pb under4 treatments in diffennent cultivating days.The germination pereentage,root growth,root amount increased with the increase of the cultivating days in different coneentrationunder 4 treatments.The effect of Cd on the vitality of wheat seeds was obvious than thatof Pb.The effect was evident under 2O0 mg· kg ̄(-1)treatment,the effect of Cd was obvi-ous than Pb+Cd,Pb+Cd was obvious than Pb.When the coneentration was less than100mg·kg ̄(-1),the effect of Pb+Cd on the vitality of wheet seeds was thesmallest. Based on the experiment, the cause of the effects of Cd, Pb and cultivatingdays on the vitality of wheat seeds and interaction between Cd and Pb was investigatedprimarily.
