摘要
大型发电厂锅炉燃烧控制系统是单元机组协调控制系统的重要组成部分。这就对燃烧控制系统的快速性和稳定性提出了较高的要求.针对锅炉侧存在的大迟延、大惯性等特点,提出以热量信号,炉膛辐射能以及直接计算出锅炉蓄热为中间变量来反应炉内燃烧情况并且应用到炉主控燃烧主控制系统中,分析了各方法的优缺点,为实际生产提供了理论依据。
Combustion control system of large power plant boiler is an important part of unit coordinated control system.The speed and stability of the combustion control system put forward higher requirements.According to of the large delay and the large inertia and other characteristics of boiler side, in this paper the heat radiation energy signal, the boiler radiant energy as well as the direct calculation of the boiler heat accumulator are as intermediate variables to react the internal combustion respectively and applied to the main combustion control system.The advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed and provided a theoretical basis for the practical production.
