摘要
本文对某公司热电厂循环流化床1#锅炉排烟温度过高进行了分析,并针对该锅炉运行的实际状况提出了相关的解决措施,提出了增设低压省煤(换热)器系统来深度降低排烟温度,回收烟气余热的节能措施,对同类型循环流化床锅炉优化运行和节能具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper analyzes the cause of over high exhausted flue gas temperature for a CFB boiler in a thermal power plant,a correlative solution is given based on the actual operation conditions of the CFB boiler.A low pressure economizer(heat exchanger)is added to deeply reduce exhausted flue gas temperature and recover the heat from the flue gas,which can be used as reference for the same type CFB for optimized operation and energy saving.
