摘要
基于嵌入式Linux系统平台,设计了一种锅炉蓄热量在线检测仪.该检测仪以ARM11处理器S3C6410为核心,通过A/D转换器采集现场相关测点数据.锅炉蓄热量的检测以机理建模为基础,将其分为汽包蓄热、水冷壁蓄热和过热器蓄热3部分,检测结果通过D/A转换器以4~20 mA的形式输出.与传统的锅炉蓄热量检测系统相比,该检测仪具有实时性好、成本低、独立性强、便于现场应用等优点.
A novel monitor for boiler heat storage was designed and implemented based on embedded-linux system. $3 C6410 microprocessor of ARM11 architecture was chosen as the kernel of monitor. The data of local relevance measure points were collect- ed by A/D converter. The measurement of boiler accumulative heat was implemented based on modeling by mechanism, which con- sists of drum accumulative heat,water-cooled accumulative heat and superheater accumulative heat. The output of the measured re- suits was in the form of 4 -20 mA by D/A converter. Compared with the traditional boiler heat storage measure system,it had the characteristics of good real-time, low cost, strong independence, and convenient for field application.
