摘要
玄府与肾足细胞裂隙隔膜在形态、特性、功能、病理、临床表现上存在高度相似性,临床运用通玄及固玄法治疗蛋白尿疗效确切;衷中参西,提出"玄府-足细胞裂隙隔膜"假说,进一步丰富玄府理论内涵,为中医药治疗蛋白尿提供理论依据。
＂ Xuanfu＂ is similar to podocyte slit diaphragm in morphology, characteristic, function, pathology and clinical manifestations. Tongxuan and guxuan methods have curative effects in treating proteinuria. Integrating TCM with modern medicine, we propose ＂Xuanfu-podocyte slit diaphragm＂ hypothesis, which enrich the connotation of Xuanfu theory, and provides the theoretical basis for the treatment of proteinuria with Chinese medicine.
