摘要
文章介绍中医外科名家艾儒棣教授运用“胆星汤”治疗痰瘀毒结顽固性皮肤疾病的临床经验。痰、瘀是慢性皮肤病的重要病机。二者交互为患、同生共长,蕴结日久可聚而生毒。痰瘀毒结之皮肤顽症,临证以结节、囊肿、瘙痒、斑块等为主要皮损表现。中医称“久病必瘀”、“怪病多痰”,化痰散瘀是治疗皮肤科难症顽症常用之法。艾儒棣教授结合多年临床经验创立“胆星汤”,用于痰、瘀、毒所致的皮肤顽疴,如聚合性痤疮、结节性痒疹、神经性皮炎等,临证疗效可靠,并附验案3则。
This article presents Professor Ai Rudi's clinical experience in treating refractory skin diseases using Bile Star decoction for phlegm,blood stasis,and toxic knot.Chronic skin diseases often have a pathogenesis related to phlegm and blood stasis.These two factors interact and exacerbate each other over time,leading to toxin accumulation.Skin lesions typically present as nodules,pruritus,and plaques.TCM theory posits that“long illness will engender stasis”and“strange diseases arise from phlegm.”Phlegm-dispersing stasis is a commonly used treatment method for difficult and refractory dermatological conditions.Based on years of clinical experience,Professor Aludi developed the Bile Star decoction,which is specifically designed for skin lesions caused by phlegm,blood stasis,and toxin.This decoction has been shown to be effective,and the article includes three case studies.
