摘要
目的:观察加味四妙散联合西医治疗IgA肾病对患者炎症因子、成纤维细胞生长因子(FDGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院2016年9月~2019年6月收治的IgA肾病患者108例,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组54例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予加味四妙散联合西医治疗。记录两组治疗前后炎症相关因子、FDGF、VEGF、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血清白蛋白(Alb)水平变化,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(90.74%)高于对照组(75.93%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平较治疗前上升,单核细胞趋化蛋白~1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、FDGF、VEGF、TGF-β1、24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数水平较治疗前下降,Alb水平与治疗前比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组IFN-γ水平高于对照组,MCP-1、IL-4、IL-6、FDGF、VEGF、TGF-β1、24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数水平低于对照组,Alb水平与对照组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味四妙散联合西医治疗IgA肾病可减轻炎症反应,减少24h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数,延缓肾脏纤维化。
Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Simiao Powder combined with western medicine on the level of inflammatory factor and fibroblasts growth factor(FDGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)for patients with IgA nephropathy,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:From September 2016 to June 2019,108 patients with IgA nephropathy were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,54 cases in each group.The controlled group treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group treated with Modified Simiao Powder combined with western medicine.The changes of inflammatory related factors,FDGF,VEGF,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),24 h urinary protein quantity,urine red blood cell count and serum albumin(Alb)level were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,and the total effective rate of the two groups was counted.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(90.74%)was higher than that in the controlled group(75.93%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of interferon-1(IFN-1)in the 2 groups was higher than that of pre-treatment,and the levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),FDGF,VEGF,TGF-β1 and 24 h urinary protein quantity were lower than that before treatment.The level of IFN-1 in the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group,as well as MCP-1,IL-4,IL-6,FDGF,VEGF,TGF-β1 and 24 h urinary protein quantity.The level of urine red blood cell count was lower than that of the controlled group,and the level of Alb compared with the controlled group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Simiao Powder combined with western medicine can reduce inflammatory reaction,reduce 24 h urinary protein quantity,urine red blood cell count and delay renal fibrosis.
