摘要
目的了解中药当归饮子、盐酸西替利嗪及二者联合用药治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法半随机将确诊为慢性荨麻疹的75例患者分为中药组、西药组及中西医结合组。中药组服用中药当归饮子,2次/d;西药组服用盐酸西替利嗪10 mg,1次/d;中西医结合组同时服用当归饮子和盐酸西替利嗪,疗程均为28 d。治疗期间第2周、第4周进行疗效评价,治疗结束后第3个月、第6个月进行随访调查复发情况。结果治疗后第2周、第4周、第3个月、第6个月症状积分下降指数3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗后第2周,中西医结合组瘙痒评分优于中药组、西药组,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同方案治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中西医结合组疗效优于其他两组,中药组、西药组、中西医结合组Ridit值分别为0.6116、0.4947、0.3993。结论当归饮子联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,比单纯使用时起效更快。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Chinese angelica decoction, Cetirizine hydrochloride, and their integrated remedy for treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods Totally 75 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups of A, B, and C treated with traditional Chinese medicine （Chinese angelica decoction, twice a day） western medicine （ Cetirizine hydrochloride, 10 mg daily） , and the integrated remedy （ Chinese angelica decoction plus Cetiriz- ine hydroehloride） respectively. The course was four weeks, and the curative effects were evaluated at the second and fourth week. The patients were followed up to survey relapse rates in the third and sixth month after the end of the treatment. Results At the second and fourth weeks, and in the third and sixth months after the end of the treatment, there was statistically significant difference in reducing index of symptom score between the three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） . At the second weeks, the average pruritus score was better in the group C than in the group A and B （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The statistically significant difference in effect was found among the three different remedies （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with the effect of group C was better that those of the other two groups, and the Ridit values were 0. 6116, 0. 4947, 0. 3993, respectively. Conclusion The integrated remedy of Chinese angelica decoction and Cetirizine hydrochloride is more effective for chronic urticaria than either single remedy of the two.
