摘要指出政府部门、行业协会、咨询机构构成了为印度软件产业发展提供技术竞争情报服务的主体,且各自的作用及彼此的关系也在不断变化及博弈中。认为技术竞争情报服务在印度软件产业的高速发展中发挥了极为重要的作用,其实践经验及演变过程给我国软件产业发展带来许多的启示及借鉴。 This article points out that government agencies, industry associations and consulting entities comprise providers of competitive technical intelligence in Indian software industry, and that the providers have interacted with each other and evolved from such interactions. The article finally draws the conclusion that China can learn from India of its competitive technical intelligence development having greatly influenced the software industry.
