摘要
在近几年全球兴起的服务外包转移大潮的背景下,我国于2006年开始实施服务外包"千百十工程",国内大批企业进入国际服务外包市场参与国际竞争。在竞争异常激烈的国际服务外包市场上,依靠竞争情报获取竞争优势是我国企业的必然选择。在企业开展国际服务外包业务过程中如何发挥竞争情报的作用,是既有理论意义又有实践意义的研究课题。研究表明,企业开展国际服务外包业务过程中,竞争情报至少可以在以下6个方面发挥作用:①帮助企业制定竞争战略;②帮助企业赢得订单;③帮助企业开展客户关系管理;④帮助企业提高市场开拓能力;⑤帮助企业进行风险管理;⑥帮助企业提高创新能力。
When China launches its national program named "the 1 000, 100, and 10 offshore service outsourcing project", the problem that how do lots of Chinese corporations get competitive advantages by competitive intelligence (CI) when they do their offshore service outsourcing business becomes more and more important. It is obvious that CI can play an indispensable role in many fields, but according to author's opinion, following six fields is in prior position:1. support company developing competitive strategy; 2. help company winning contracts; 3. aid company in customer resource management (CRM); 4. improve company's ability in developing oversea market; 5. monitor and inform early warning timely; 6. improve company's technology innovative ability.
