摘要
为了理解竞争环境中的发展趋势和抓住技术变革的机遇,提出一种基于隐形知识外化模型的技术信息网络平台。基于科学创新必须凝结人类劳动的思想,研究了信息平台中产品创新和工艺创新的差距,借助知识专家的科学表达和引导,建立信息对称的网络平台。并用于分析《浙江大学学报:工学版》的技术信息平台,研究了该平台的正反馈效应。结果表明,对称的信息平台能很好地实现技术引导作用,对科技变革能进行很好的预警和前瞻。
To understand the development trend in competition environment and catch the opportunity of technology transform, a technology information platform based on exterior model of recessive knowledge was studied. Considering the idea that science innovations must coagulate human labors, the distance hetween product innovation and process innovation was investigated in the information platform. Based on the science expression and the guide of knowledge experts, the network platform with symmetry informations was built. The technology information platform in《journals of Zhejiang university: engineering science》was studied, and the positive feedback effect was researched. The results show that the symmetry information platform can well realize the guide of science and technology, and can beforehand warn and well foresee the innovation of science and technology.
