摘要
食品标签是向消费者传递产品信息的载体,是食品安全的重要组成部分。概述了中美两国食品标签的相关法律法规及强制性标准,并从食品添加剂标示、营养标签标示和致敏原标示等方面深入分析了两者的异同,为我国学习发达国家先进经验,进一步完善食品标签法规标准体系建设提供参考。
Food label is the carrier for transferring product information to consumers, and is important component in food safety. The relevant regulations, standards for food labels in China and America were reviewed, the differences were analyzed from aspects of food additives labe- ling, nutrition labeling, allergen labeling, which will provide a reference for learning experiences and perfecting food labels' regulations and standards.
