食品中营养成分表的标示方法及问题分析

摘要 以国家相关规定为标准,介绍普通食品和特殊膳食食品中营养成分表的标示方法。采用列举实例的方法,分析营养成分表在标示顺序、数值修约、计算方式等方面存在的常见问题,为食品生产企业及相关检验提供技术借鉴。 This paper introduced the indicating method ofnutrition information in common food and special diet,which took the national relevant regulation as the criterion.By using the method of illustrating example,it analyzed the common problems existed in the aspects such aspresentation order,rounding off of numberical value and calculation method,in order to provide technical reference for food manufacturing enterprises and relevant inspection.
