摘要
建筑智能化程度要求越来越高,针对中央空调制冷机组的分布特性及智能化控制要求,文中提出基于DCS的中央空调制冷机组系统的控制,对中央空调制冷机组各部分进行控制。取2台制冷机并联控制进行实验分析,实验结果表明该控制系统充分利用了DCS软硬件资源,发挥了DCS控制系统实时、准确、快速、稳定、智能的特点,提高了控制的稳定性、控制品质,达到满意的效果。
With the increasingly high demand for building intelligent degree,this paper presented a control method based on the central air conditioning and refrigeration unit system of DCS for some segments of the central air-conditioning refrigeration units.It took the two chillers parallel line control for experiment analysis,the experimental results show that the control system makes full use of the DCS hardware and software resources,played a DCS control system real-time,accurate,fast,stable,intelligent features,and improved the stability of the control,quality control to achieve satisfactory results.It meets requirement of the control of modern central air conditioning and refrigeration units.
