基于中央空调制冷控制系统的节能开发应用 被引量:4

摘要 传统的酒店中央空调制冷控制系统存在能耗大的缺点,为此设计基于节能需求的酒店中央空调制冷控制系统。通过工业控制计算机、数据采集卡和输出卡、温度传感器、温度变送器、变频器和控制器完成控制系统的硬件设计;通过PID算法对温度传感器采集的信号进行处理,将信号传输给变频器,变频器通过调节频率从而对制冷系统中各个设备电机的转速进行调节,实现控制系统的软件设计,至此完成基于节能需求的酒店中央空调制冷控制系统设计。通过对比实验与传统的酒店中央空调制冷控制系统进行比较,实验结果表明,采用提出的酒店中央空调制冷控制系统,其功耗最多可减少225 kW左右,节能效果明显。 The traditional hotel central air-conditioning refrigeration control system has the disadvantage of high energy consumption,so a hotel central air-conditioning refrigeration control system in consideration of the requirements of energy conservation is designed.The designed control system hardware includes industrial control computer,data acquisition card and output card,temperature sensor,temperature transmitter,frequency converter and controller.The signal collected with the temperature sensor is processed by PID(proportion-integration-differentiation)algorithm and transmitted to the frequency converter.The rotating speed of each equipment motor in the refrigeration system is adjusted by the frequency converter which adjusts the frequency to realize the software design of the control system,thus completing the design of the hotel central airconditioning refrigeration control system based on the requirements of energy conservation.The experimental results show that the proposed hotel central air-conditioning refrigeration control system can reduce the power consumption by around 225 kW,which has significant energy conservation effect.
