Research progress of sarcopenic obesity in older adults

摘要 人口老龄化和肥胖是全球面临的两大公共健康问题。随着年龄增长,老年人身体成分发生重要变化,一方面表现为肌肉质量和肌力逐渐丧失,即少肌症;一方面表现为体脂肪和内脏脂肪增加。少肌症和肥胖并存会协同增加老年人代谢功能紊乱和心血管疾病风险。因此近年来,与年龄有关的骨骼肌质量减少和体脂肪增加,
