摘要
目的:比较卡维地洛与美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压临床疗效及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法:将120例原发性高血压患者随机分为1组和2组各60例。1组给予卡维地洛,2组给予美托洛尔。结果:1组总有效率90.00%,2组总有效率86.67%。1组空腹血糖及血脂相关指标改善明显优于2组(P<0.05)。结论:卡维地洛与美托洛尔治疗原发性高血压疗效相当,而对于合并血糖、血脂代谢功能紊乱者,卡维地洛是更佳的选择。
Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect and the effect on glucose and lipid metabolism of carvedilol and metoprolol in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods:120 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into 1 group and 2 group with 60 cases in each.The 1 group was given carvedilol,and the 2 group was given metoprolol.Results:The totaleffective rate of the 1 group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the 2 group was 86.67%.The fasting blood glucose and lipidrelated indicators improvements of the 1 group were significantly better than those of the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thecurative effects of carvedilol and metoprolol in the treatment of primary hypertension are equal,but carvedilol is a better choice for the blood glucose and lipid metabolism disorders.
