摘要
国民教育是公民教育的重要形式。今天世界各国都给予了公民教育相当程度的重视,把它看作提高国民的国家认同,塑造国民的身份意识的重要途径。现当代哲学、社会学以及意识形态理论研究在很多方面说明了国民教育绝非刻意的"洗脑",而是有着充分的合理性与必要性。香港国民教育对于构建港人的国民身份意识有着不可替代的作用。面对阻力,正确对策是检视香港国民教育开展工作中的失误,并思考国民教育开展的正确途径和策略。
National education is an important form of citizenship education.Today,most of the countries in the world value substantially the citizenship education and consider it an important means inthe enhancing of the countrymen’s national identity and the shaping of their consciousness as citizens.Contemporary philosophy and sociology as well as ideology theories reveal in many ways that national education is by no means intentional brainwashing but a practice with sufficient reasons and necessity.The national education will play an irreplaceable role in the establishment of identity consciousness of Hong Kong people.Facing the obstructions,the right strategy should be to retrospect the previous misconceptions in the launching of the national education in Hong Kong and to search the appropriate methods and tactics.
