长钢8号高炉大修炉体设计优化及效果

摘要 长钢8号高炉大修设计时,充分总结了上两代炉役的生产经验,在冷却设备设计、耐材结构设计和冷却系统等方面均进行了设计优化。采用全覆盖冷却壁和砖壁一体化薄壁炉衬结构,优化了冷却壁热面的整体性和耐久性;采用“大块炭砖+大块陶瓷杯复合炉缸炉底”结构,提高陶瓷杯和铁口区砌体的整体性,风口下部区域设置了挡水装置;设计中提高了冷却系统的冷却能力,增强高炉抵抗热冲击的能力。投产后生产效果表明,炉况稳中向好,主要技术经济指标有较大的提升,利用系数由2021年的3.01(m^(3)·d)提高到2022年12月的3.55(m^(3)·d)。 During the relining design of Changzhi steel No.8 blast furnace,the production experience of the previous two gen-erations of furnace service was fully summarized,and the design optimization was carried out in terms of cooling equipment design,refractory structure design,and cooling system.The integrated thin-walled furnace lining structure of fully covered cooling staves and brick walls optimizes the integrity and durability of the thermal surface of the cooling staves;The structure of"large carbon brick+large ceramic cup composite hearth and bottom"is adopted to improve the integrity of the ceramic cup and the masonry in the iron mouth area.A water retaining device is installed in the lower area of the tuyere;The design im-proves the cooling capacity of the cooling system and enhances the ability of the blast furnace to withstand thermal shock.Af-ter putting into production,the production effect shows that the furnace condition is stable and improving,and the main tech-nical and economic indicators have been greatly improved.The utilization coefficient has increased from 3.01(m^(3)·d)in 2021 to 3.55 t/(m^(3)·d)in December 2022.
