以颅脑损伤为例探讨PBL教学法在法医病理学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 PBL被认为是最实际和最有效的学习方法之一。其在医学教育,尤其是临床医学教育中的优点已经被广泛认可,但其在法医学专业教学中应用尚少。法医病理学教学目的是培养实战型法医学人才,并且法医病理学检案资源又是构建PBL教案的很好材料,因此法医病理学教学非常适合推行PBL教学。本文以颅脑损伤为例,来探讨PBL教学在法医病理学中的应用,以期为在法医病理学推广PBL教学和优化教学效果做出贡献。 Problem-based Learning was taken as the most practical and effective learning method. Al-though PBL was widely accepted in the medical education, especially in the education of clinical medi-cine, it was rarely used in the forensic medicine teaching. The purpose of the forensic pathology teaching is to cultivate the practical forensic medical examiner; moreover, the case resources could provide materials for the teaching plan. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to carry out PBL meth- od in the forensic pathology teaching. The paper is to investigate the PBL application in the forensic pathology by taking the craniocerebral injury as an example, to provide the foundation for PBL expan-sion and improve teaching effects.
