摘要
以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)的教学法自20世纪60年代开始在医学教育中应用以来,目前已成为国际上较为流行的一种教学模式。但在我国现阶段的国情下,该模式在应用中还存在着种种问题。在此概述PBL的定义、发展简史、阐述其内涵并分析PBL在我国医学教育改革中的应用现状,指出当前PBL教学模式在我国医学教学中面临的困难,提出推进PBL教学模式的参考性建议。
Problem-based-learning(PBL)has become an international,fashionable and popular teaching method at present,since its first use in medical education in 1960s.However,there are a lot of problems related to the PBL process in present stage of medical education under our national condition.This paper summarizes the definition and origin of PBL and analyzes its application status in our education reform.We also point out the difficulties we are facing and make some suggestions for the future developments of PBL.
