摘要
合理的煤粉细度对磨煤机的工作情况和锅炉燃烧的经济性有很大的影响。以某电厂600MW锅炉ZGM113G型中速磨煤机为研究对象,在改变磨煤机挡板开度、加载油压、出力、出口温度的条件下,对磨煤机的煤粉细度进行了测试。研究结果表明,当磨煤机挡板开度及出力的增加时,煤粉变粗,当磨煤机加载油压及出口温度增加时,煤粉变细。并利用这些结论,提高了电厂的安全经济性。
Rational pulverized coal fineness has a great influence on coal mill work situation and the boiler combustion efficiency. The test of ZGM 113G medium-speed coal mill of 600 MW boiler is studied. In the change of coal mill baffle opening, hydraulic loading, output and outlet temperature, pul- verized coal fineness of coal mill is tested. The research result shows that when the coal mill baffle opening and output in- crease, the pulverized coal becomes thick & when coal mill load oil pressure and the outlet temperature increase, the pulverized coal becomes thin. This conclusion may be used to guide the ac- tual operation to improve plant security economy.
