摘要
采用1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)作为牛仔织物的压皱定型整理剂,对弹力靛蓝染色牛仔织物进行压皱整理.通过紫外光固化整理工艺代替传统的牛仔面料高温固化压皱整理工艺,以纳米TiO2为光催化剂,通过单因素试验,分析了BTCA的用量、纳米TiO2的用量、紫外光照射时间对牛仔织物的折皱回复角、断裂强力、透气率、K/S值的影响.结果表明压皱整理的最佳工艺条件为:BTCA的质量浓度75 g/L,纳米TiO2的体积分数15%,紫外光照射时间20 min.整理后的牛仔织物折皱性能得到较大改善,而且比传统的整理方式更环保、更节能.
The 1,2,3,4-butane tetracarboxylic acid(BTCA) was used as cross-linking agent to treat elastic indigo dyed denim fabric in the presence of nanometer titanium dioxide(TiO2) as a catalyst.Instead of traditional high temperature curing method,the UV curing finishing process was used to treat the denim fabric.According to single factor test to analyze the relationship among the concentration of BTCA,the concentration of nanometer titanium dioxide(TiO2),UV irradiation time and the wrinkle recovery angle and the breaking strength of the denim fabric.The results show that the optimal process conditions were given as follows: BTCA 75 g/L,catalyst TiO2volume fraction 15 %,UV irradiation time with 20 min.After finishing,the wrinkle performance of the denim fabric was greatly improved,what is more,this method is more environmental friendly and more energy efficient than the traditional way of finishing.
