摘要 介绍一种可用于BTCA免烫整理体系的新型非磷系催化剂硝酸钠。质量分数为4%的硝酸钠用于6%BTCA的整理浴,经180℃焙烘120s,可获得满意的织物抗皱效果。结合化学和红外吸收光谱的分析,提出硝酸钠的催化机理为:硝酸根作为亲核试剂,与BTCA中的羧基发生亲核取代,促进BTCA脱水成酐,进而与纤维素酯化交联。 A new catalyst sodium nitrate(SN) used for cotton fabric durable press finishing with BTCA was developed,which is non-phosphorus and environment-friendly.With SN concentration of 4% in 6% BTCA finishing system for cotton fabric,desirable DP effect of cotton fabric could be obtained with 180 ℃/120 s curing condition.By means of chemical analysis and IR spectrum,the catalyzing mechanism of SN was suggested that as a nucleophilic reagent,SN reacts with carboxyl groups in BTCA,which is favorable for froming anhydride of BTCA from dehydration and consequent esterifying with cellulose.
