摘要
研究了纳米TiO2 无磷催化剂用于聚羧酸酯化交联棉织物的服用性能 ,确认了它的有效性。通过试验得出最佳工艺 :聚羧酸 80 g/L ,三乙醇胺 2 0g/L ,柔软剂 2 0 g/L ,JFC 2 g/L ,纳米TiO2 0 .4g/L ;焙烘条件15 0℃× 2min。经整理后 ,织物的折皱回复角为 2 42° ,白度为 77.6 (原样 80 .0 ) ,断裂强力保留率为 6 9%。以纳米TiO2 部分代替聚羧酸免烫整理的催化剂次磷酸钠时 ,不仅降低了含磷化合物所造成的环境污染 ,而且免烫效果尚好 ,整理织物的折皱回复角为 2 5 2° ,白度为 77.2 ,断裂强力保留率为 6 7%。
The nano TiO_2 , as a phosphorus free catalyst, is used to improve the serviceability of polycarboxylic acid esterification crosslinking cotton fabric, the validity of nano TiO_2 is conformed. Via experiments, the conditions are optimized, that is, polycarboxylic acid 80g/L;triethanolamine 20g/L;softener 20g/L;JFC 2g/L;nano-TiO_2 0.4g/L;baking temperature 150℃ for 2min. This process can impart the cotton fabric WRA 242 degree, whiteness 77.6 (the blank is 80.0);the percent of breaking strength retention 69%. Substituting sodium hypophosphite with nano-TiO_2 partly not only reduces the environmental pollution caused by phosphorus compound, but also has fairly DP result. The fabric has WRA 252,whiteness 77.2, the percent of breaking strength retention 67%.
