摘要
采用扫描电镜(SEM)以及强度测试等方法研究了高温煅烧石膏对粉煤灰水泥强度的影响及其作用机理。试验表明:以高温煅烧石膏代替二水石膏,粉煤灰水泥早期强度可提高20%~30%,其增强机理在于高温煅烧石膏可加速水泥水化速度,从而增加了水泥石的强度。
The paper studies foe effect of high temperature burnt gypsum on the Strengty of the portland fly - ash cement and its principle by the means ofelectrical scaning mirrow and the strength measurement.The study shows that the substitution of the high temperature burnt gypsum for two water gypsum can increase the early strength of portland fly -ash cement by 30% ~40%,the reason for this is that the high temperature burnt accelerates the hydration speed of the cement ,and consequently,increases the strength of the rapid hardening cement.
