摘要
目的:观察高能碳离子束放射治疗对肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:收集23例恶性肿瘤病例,于高能碳离子束放疗第1天、第6天及放疗结束后用流式细胞仪进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测,比较三者免疫功能状况。结果:碳离子放疗后患者的总成熟T细胞水平与放疗前相比明显降低(P=0.002);Ts细胞水平在放疗前、中与放疗后的变化有统计学差异(P=0.003和0.001)。在放疗各时相,Th细胞和CD4+/CD8+比值水平呈降低趋势,但差别均无统计学意义。NK细胞和B细胞放疗后的水平较放疗前均有所降低,但差别无统计学意义(P=0.390和0.701)。结论:碳离子放疗在一定程度上会损伤机体的细胞免疫功能。
Objective: To observe the influence of carbon ion beam radiation therapy on T - cell subsets in patients with malignant tumor. Methods: All 23 patients with malignant tumor received carbon ion beam radiation therapy, and were detected for T - cell subsets with flow cytometry at the first day, six day and after radiation therapy. Results : The total mature T cells decreased significantly after radiotherapy than before ( P = 0. 002). The variation of Ts ceils at the first day, six day and after radiation therapy were statistical significant different (P = 0. 003 and 0.001 ). A trend downward of the Th cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8 + were observed during radiotherapy, but there was no significant difference. The level of NK and B cells after radiation therapy were less than before radiotherapy, there was no significant difference either(P = 0. 390 and 0. 701 ). Conclusion: The carbon ion beam radiation therapy could injure the cellular immune function to a certain degree.
