众包模式中面向创新任务的知识型人才选择 被引量:32

摘要 网络众包作为企业开放式创新的一种崭新模式,近年来得到迅速发展,然而,信用体系不健全、过度竞争等问题成为制约其快速发展的瓶颈。为此,建立了面向众包任务的知识型人才选择机制,构建了知识型人才指标评价体系,采用基于TOPSIS的多指标决策算法,对人才的任务完成能力进行有效的评估,从而为企业选择适合的人才提供支持。这样既增强企业参与众包的意愿,同时有效避免了人才的过度竞争,减少人力资源浪费,保障了众包这种开放式创新模式得以持续健康发展。 As a new model for open innovation, crowdsourcing is booming nowadays. However, a series of problems, such as poor security mechanism and excessive competition, seriously hindered thedevelopment of crowdsourcing. To solve these problems we propose a talent selection mechanism for crowdsourcing tasks. We first construct a talent evaluation index system, then we use TOPSIS method tomake a comprehensive evaluation of human ability to fulfill the crowdsourcing tasks, thus providing decision support for the talent selection for the enterprises. It can enhance the willingness of enterprises toparticipate in crowdsourcing, meanwhile, it can avoid the excessive competition causing the waste of human resources, which ensures the rapid and sound development of crowdsourcing model.
